sha/asm/keccak1600-armv4.pl: optimize for Thumb-2.
Reduce per-round instruction count in Thumb-2 case by 16%. This is achieved by folding ldr/str pairs to their double-word counterparts. Reviewed-by: Rich Salz <rsalz@openssl.org>
