* bignum.c (bary_unpack_internal): Specialized unpacker implemented.
(bary_unpack): Support INTEGER_PACK_FORCE_GENERIC_IMPLEMENTATION.
(rb_integer_unpack): Support INTEGER_PACK_FORCE_GENERIC_IMPLEMENTATION.
