testunit: negative filter
* test/lib/test/unit.rb (Options#non_options): make regexp name
options prefixed with "!" negative filters.
* common.mk (TEST_EXCLUDES): use negative filter to exclude memory
leak tests. -x option excludes test files, not test methods.
