* bignum.c (rb_ll2big): Don't overflow on signed integer negation.
* ext/bigdecimal/bigdecimal.c (MUL_OVERFLOW_SIGNED_VALUE_P): New macro. (AddExponent): Don't overflow on signed integer multiplication. (VpCtoV): Don't overflow on signed integer arithmetic.
