* gc.c (RGENGC_OLD_NEWOBJ_CHECK): add check mechanism.
If RGENGC_OLD_NEWOBJ_CHECK > 0, then create old objects
(not new objects) periodically.
Create one old objects per RGENGC_OLD_NEWOBJ_CHECK objects are
created.
