* include/ruby/defines.h (SIZEOF_ACTUAL_BDIGIT): Defined.
* include/ruby/ruby.h (RBIGNUM_EMBED_LEN_MAX): Use
SIZEOF_ACTUAL_BDIGIT instead of SIZEOF_BDIGITS.
SIZEOF_BDIGITS can be different to sizeof(BDIGIT).
