* lib/soap/rpc/driver.rb, lib/soap/wsdlDriver.rb, lib/soap/streamHandler.rb: add interface to streamhandler. * lib/soap/marshal.rb: raise error if parse fails. * lib/soap/netHttpClient.rb: add https support. Patched by Oliver M.
