Malformed RDoc syntax in catch [ci skip]

* vm_eval.c (rb_f_catch): [DOC] fix malformed RDoc syntax, "+...+"
  cannot enclose non-identifier characters.
  a patch by Sebastian S in [ruby-core:74278].  [Bug#12170]
