Subject: {Fixnum,Bignum}#fdiv is unified into Integer.

* numeric.c (int_fdiv): {Fixnum,Bignum}#fdiv is unified into
  Integer.

* bignum.c (rb_big_fdiv): Don't define Bignum#fdiv.
