Subject: rcu: Disable RCU_FAST_NO_HZ on RT
From: Thomas Gleixner <tglx@linutronix.de>
Date: Sun, 28 Oct 2012 13:26:09 +0000
Origin: https://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/projects/rt/5.0/older/patches-5.0.10-rt7.tar.xz

This uses a timer_list timer from the irq disabled guts of the idle
code. Disable it for now to prevent wreckage.
