Use @eof variable for ReidlineInputMethod#eof?

"IRB::InputMethod#eof?" requires eof status each user input but
"ReidlineInputMethod#eof?" used "Reline.eof?" what is singleton data.
"ReidlineInputMethod#eof?" is changed to use the result of user input.
